Potawatomi Ventures Acquires Lyons Electric, Expanding Its Energy Services Platform
Milwaukee, WI July 29, 2025 – Potawatomi Ventures is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lyons Electric, a leading full-service commercial and industrial electrical contractor headquartered in Delafield, Wisconsin. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for Potawatomi Ventures as it strengthens its Emerging Technologies group while advancing its commitment to innovation, sustainability and a diversified service portfolio.

As part of the acquisition, Lyons Electric will operate under Potawatomi Ventures’ Emerging Technologies Group, launched in 2023 to create a growth platform within the dynamic energy marketplace. Lyons Electric’s President and Vice President of Operations will remain in their leadership roles, and daily operations will continue uninterrupted.
