Potawatomi Ventures is a finalist for Milwaukee Business Journal’s Best Places to Work

Potawatomi Ventures made its way into the finalist round for Milwaukee Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list this year. Amongst the 74 other finalists (or honorees), PV can be found in the “Medium” sized category- meaning they’ve got roughly 50-99 employees. Other businesses in the same category include (but aren’t limited to) Exterior Pros, Lakeland Supply Inc., and Zimmerman Architectural Studios Inc.

This acknowledgement recognizes the great culture that Potawatomi Ventures intentionally creates while also building awareness for the company within the Milwaukee business community. The public recognition also helps recruit new talent.

Rankings are based on the results of a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The survey addresses topics such as feeling valued, team effectiveness, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders and manager effectiveness.

Potawatomi Ventures is excited to see its ranking within the category at the official award ceremony on September 11, 2025.
