Honoring Community, Exploring Opportunity: Tribal Members and Elders Tour Data Holdings and the Wgema Campus

On July 17, Forest County Potawatomi Tribal Members and Elders gathered for a day of learning, connection, and discovery during a tour of Data Holdings and the Wgema Campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The event highlighted two important investments in the Tribe's future and the vision guiding the next seven generations.

At Data Holdings, a subsidiary of Potawatomi Ventures, participants learned about the facility's operations, sustainability efforts, and the economic and community benefits it brings to the Tribe and surrounding region. A guided tour provided a firsthand look at the technology and infrastructure supporting long-term growth and opportunity.

Following lunch at Wgema's Kitchen, provided by fireside MARKET, a subsidiary of Potawatomi Ventures, the group toured the Wgema Campus. Guests learned about its mission to support education, wellness, cultural preservation, and community engagement. Formerly Concordia University Wisconsin, the campus is being reimagined under Forest County Potawatomi stewardship as a place where culture, community, and opportunity come together for future generations.
