Potawatomi Ventures Named One of Milwaukee’s “Best Places to Work” by Milwaukee Business Journal

On September 16, 2026, Potawatomi Ventures attended the Milwaukee Business Journal's Best Places to Work awards ceremony at the Brookfield Conference Center. This annual recognition celebrates 75 local companies committed to creating outstanding workplaces for their employees. Results are determined by Quantum Workplace through confidential employee surveys that measure key areas such as workplace culture, team relationships, leadership effectiveness, communication, and more. The highest-ranked organizations are recognized among the region’s Best Places to Work.

Winners are divided into five categories based on employee count:

Micro: 10-24 employees

 Small: 25-49 employees

 Medium: 50-99 employees

 Large: 100-199 employees

 Extra Large: 200+ employees

Potawatomi Ventures ranked eighth place in the small-sized category. This marks the third consecutive year Potawatomi Ventures has been recognized as a Best Place to Work, having previously ranked in the medium-sized category at ninth place in 2025 and fourth place in 2024.

“Receiving this recognition for the third year in a row is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences of our employees. At Potawatomi Ventures, we are committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to make an impact. This award is a testament to the culture we’ve built and the strong relationships we’ve fostered throughout our organization,” said Kip Ritchie, CEO of Potawatomi Ventures.
