Potawatomi Ventures Named One of Milwaukee’s “Best Places to Work” by Milwaukee Business Journal

On September 11th, a small group of Potawatomi Ventures team members were honored to represent the amazing PV team at the Milwaukee Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” award ceremony. This award shines a light on organizations across southeastern Wisconsin that create workplaces where collaboration thrives, and employees feel supported. We were honored to be among the 75 companies that gathered and celebrated at American Family Field. The rankings are determined by Quantum Workplace through confidential employee surveys that measure key areas such as trust in leadership, team dynamics, feeling valued, alignment with company goals, and overall job satisfaction.

The winners are distributed across five categories based on employee count:

Micro: 10–24 employees

Small: 25–49 employees

Medium: 50–99 employees

Large: 100–199 employees

Extra Large: 200+ employees

Potawatomi Ventures Corporate Headquarters ranked #9 within the medium-sized category. This year’s recognition builds on the momentum from last year, when were honored as the 4th Best Place to Work in the medium-sized category. While we dropped in ranking a bit, we were just 2 points behind #1 in our category. We will share results from this year’s employee engagement survey and have ongoing dialogue about how we can improve our culture and what you continue to value.

"Together we have built a culture where we put our people first. As a mission-driven organization, we are passionate about supporting the Forest County Potawatomi by generating long-term, shared prosperity for generations. That passion shines through in the work we do and the energy I see in all of you every day. This award reflects the culture we’ve built and the commitment we share to lifting each other up every step of the way," said Kip Ritchie, PV CEO. “I’m incredibly proud of the work we do together and how we show up for each other, our businesses, and the Tribe each day. Thank you for all you do. We are brighter together.”
