Potawatomi Ventures at Indigenous Biz Con 2025
Potawatomi Ventures (PV) attended Indigenous Biz Con 2025, held by Indigenous Business Group at the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino. This year’s theme, “Rising Tides: Building Economies, Empowering Generations,” highlighted Indigenous leaders and entrepreneurs who are shaping a future of shared prosperity.
Indigenous Biz Con creates opportunities for Tribal leaders and Native entrepreneurs to collaborate through meaningful conversations and programming. Potawatomi Ventures was proud to sponsor the event as a Gold Sponsor alongside Greenfire Management Services, a subsidiary of Potawatomi Ventures.
Potawatomi Ventures CEO, Kip Ritchie, introduced keynote speaker Chris James, President of National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED). CIO, Jeff Johnson, joined a panel discussing growing Indigenous circular economies and regional investments. Innovation Center Director, Alexis Harris, moderated a dynamic session on identity-driven business models and legacy building. CEO Kip Ritchie returned to the stage for the closing session, joining leaders to discuss integrating tribal member-owned business with tribal governments and enterprises.
